In the Web Database Developer Online Training Program, you’ll learn to develop Web applications using several different tools and technologies. This program is composed of multiple modules to give you a baseline in developing and maintaining Web site databases.
You’ll begin by learning basic Web design and graphics skills, followed by training in Web publishing and design with HTML 4.01 and XHTML. You’ll also discover the client-side languages, including JavaScript, and extend into server-side languages, such as ColdFusion and PHP. Additionally, the modules cover: AJAX, Dynamic HTML (DHTML), SQL for Windows, CGI and Perl, MySQL, and XML. You’ll also learn how to install, configure, and maintain SQL Server 2005 and Oracle 10g.
Upon registering, you're given an initial twelve months to complete this program. Should you need more time beyond the twelve months, an extension of six months is available with a fee of $250.
