Introduction

The Veterinary Assistant is a vital member of the team that makes up the veterinary practice. A practice does not run itself. It takes a dedicated team of individuals that care about animals and their owners. All of the employees of the veterinary office must develop a mindset that is aware of practice management issues and have a desire to grow the practice. This will help to insure the success of the practice and the job satisfaction of the employees that work to assist the veterinary physician.
