Welcome! Here are a few tips to help you get the most out of these lessons: A series of headings appears across the top of each page. When you pass your mouse cursor over each menu heading, a "drop down" menu appears, containing a list of related items, forms, or pages.

Note: To make a drop down menu disappear again, just move your cursor off of it onto the main part of the page, or onto another menu area. Depending on your browser, it may not actually disappear until your cursor passes over some text or a graphic.

1. "Unit Menu" - Jump directly to the start of any unit in this course by selecting it from the "Unit Menu" in the top left of the page.

2. "Next" and "Back" - Directly below the drop-down menus, you'll find a pair of buttons labeled "Next" and "Back". Use these to move on to the next page, or go to the one which precedes your current location.

3. "Topics in this Unit" - By using the center menu at the top, you can navigate to any topic within the unit you are currently studying. (There are no entries in this menu for the introductory section, or on the "Table Of Contents" page.)

4. "Student Resources" contains a link to the On-line Student Center where you can check your grades, engage in discussion groups with other students enrolled in the course, and other useful activities. You may also link to a detailed Table Of Contents from this menu, or View your Transcripts to help measure your progress throughout the course.
