High School Diploma or GED are required to complete this program.

The intended audience for this program is individuals who have either no or minimal knowledge of the emergency management field, and would like to learn the skills necessary to get an entry-level position.

Those completing the program could find employment at the federal, state, or local levels, in the private sector with business continuity planning, or in other sectors such as emergency services and public health.
