This program provides training toward certification as a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST). IT professionals who will provide support for Windows XP operating systems will find this program most useful. In order to receive the MCDST Certification, you must have six to twelve months of experience supporting end users of a desktop operating system. You’ll have to pass two core exams. Elective exams aren’t required.
