In this topic we will discuss the use of Scatter Diagrams, ANOVA (Analysis of Variation) and Residuals Analysis to investigate correlation between two variables. We will also discuss the notion of regression applied to multiple variables, especially in the use of Designed Experiments. (14) IMPROVE Tools In this topic we will discuss the objectives and tools used in the Improve stage of DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). (15) CONTROL Tools In this topic we discuss the objectives and tools used in the Control stage of DMAIC.
