It also provides some examples of successful programs from industry. (2) How to Deploy Six Sigma This topic discusses the deployment strategy for Six Sigma. (3) DEFINE Project Definition This session defines what the project will (and won’t) address. (4) DEFINE Project Scheduling This topic addresses the tools used in Project Scheduling. (5) DEFINE Change Management & Teams There are several problems that are likely to arise when change occurs in an organization. This topic addresses these problems.
