Craig Reardon is a Trainer and Online Support Specialist/Mentor. He comes from the very highly technical world at the Department of National Defense where he was responsible for
maintenance on Fighter Jets to meet the NATO commitment. As a result, attention to detail and troubleshooting is second nature.
Having benefited from online learning courses himself, Craig came on board as Technical Support for several Academy of Learning
locations in B.C. when his MCSE program was completed. Craig assisted both staff & students in technical areas, administration and online
learning making him a natural to support our technical online courses.
Craig has achieved his Microsoft MCP, MCSE W2K certifications, CompTIA
A+, and CompTIA Network+ certifications.
Craig’s endless supply of patience together with a caring and supportive style has made Craig a valuable member of the Online Support Team. Craig has demonstrated his willingness to be a team player in all aspects
of technical support and communications, management and training. He has proven his ability to adapt easily to versatile training scenarios, including modular, accelerated and tutorial style learning, which he has
extended to his students.
