There are no specific requirements for the Project Management portion of this training. However, if you plan to take the PMP® Exam, you will need a bachelor's degree and 4,500 hours of project management experience in addition to this training, or a high school diploma or GED and 7,500 hours of project management experience in addition to this training.
This project management training is designed for professionals who wish to improve their project management knowledge and skills or who are seeking one of the project management certifications.
The Microsoft Project portion of this program is for anyone who needs to learn more about how to use Microsoft Project effectively. This would include project managers, team leads, team members, subject matter experts, and schedulers. You should be familiar with computers and specifically Microsoft Office applications. You should be proficient at file management such as save, save as, and creating backups for their files. You should have some basic knowledge of project management. H, this training includes a short module on scheduling to make sure all students have the specific knowledge and terminology associated with this training. You don't need to have worked with Project in the past to take this training. If you have had previous experience with Project, you will become even better at it.
