Designed to be completed first, the medical terminology module gives students a foundation as they learn prefixes, suffixes, and roots and how these fit together to form the language of medicine. After the ten units in Medical Terminology Made Easy have been mastered (allow two to three weeks), you are ready to begin medical transcription. The medical transcription module will reinforce your terminology skills and will build on your terminology skills as you learn the glossary of terms dictated prior to each Inpatient Case and each Outpatient Report.
