The MCDBA program and credential is designed for individuals who want to demonstrate that they have the necessary skills to design, implement, and administer Microsoft SQL Server 2000 databases. Database professionals who use or want to learn to use Microsoft SQL Server 2005 should consider the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) program.
