Gatlin Education LEAN Mastery Demo - Page 12

This concludes the Introduction and Executive Overview.

When taking the actual course, remember to take advantage of the many options available to you by directly accessing forms, student resources, the glossary, etc., from the menus across the top of each page.

Many of the concepts you will encounter throughout the course may seem at first to run counter to what you have always thought to be good manufacturing process. But the bottom line is this: They Work! A careful study and implementation of the Lean Enterprises concepts and tools places you in the position of modeling your manufacturing processes after those of some of the most successful companies in the world.

Note on Testing: There is a final exam at the end of the course, all multiple-choice questions (not active for this demo).

Well, you've reached the end of the demo...

We hope you have enjoyed this little tour,
and we hope to see you in the LEAN Mastery class sometime soon!
