Harley Brown graduated from Norwich University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology with a minor in business administration. With this degree, he pursued an internship at Vermont State Hospital working in the psychiatric unit. It was this valuable experience that led him to further his education in the medical field. After relocating to Arlington, Texas, with his wife, Harley acquired a sales position at a medical waste disposal company and attended nursing school. During his last semester of nursing school he was accepted into an intern nursing position at Arlington Memorial Hospital. After graduating nursing school and taking and passing the NCLEX exam, he started a full-time position in Arlington Memorial Hospital as an Emergency Room Nurse.
