Here are some hints to help you get the most from this demo:

- In the actual lessons, the Navigation area to the left side of each page will show a list of abbreviated topic headings.
- To find any specific topic, click on the
 button. This brings up a page with links to every subject in the class. In this demo version, most of the links have been disabled.
- Next to the Table of Contents is the
 button. Click on it to see a short description of what it offers in the actual class.
- Use the
 and  (short for Previous) buttons at the top of the page to move to the page before or after the one you are on. Remember to go at your own pace and enjoy the class. Click on the Next button above to proceed in this demo.
